anyone know anything about fear of vomiting? anyone suffer from it? been cured? know the best cure?

I get really bad panic attacks when I vomit, its awful. Im better if I have someone with me. Other than that, I have no idea how to make it better. Luckily I am very rarely sick.

Mt best mate is petrified of vomit and people that look ill. She has no idea why but she cries and gets really upset if people are sick near her, or she sees it or people look like they are going to be ill.

She went for counselling but it didn't work.

I do have an irrational fear of vomiting. I haven't in an about 10 years so it's not something that happens often but I have such a fear that I'm so careful about EVERY SINGLE thing I eat. It's terrible really.

Very interesting lol i use to be absolutly petrified of it and the only cure ive had is my daughter lol she has been very ill and i cant beleive ive dealt with it she even done the deed all over me and i didnt even flench so im qute proud of myself.

My sister is the same as froggyqueens answer just this evening my daughter coughed and heaved (shes 2 so not much contol) nothing came up but boy my sis screamed and ran ive never seen her move that quick she started crying and shes 20 and locked herself in the bathroom. I said to my mum its a shame she dont move that quick to get a job lol. If someone has had a bug she wont go near them for weeks she wont have a drink in case shes sick she has it bad.
