i have recently lost 2 stone and am looking great apart from the fact that i could really do with some upper body muscle boost before i go on holiday with some friends

my plan is to do some situps and press ups and maybe a bit of dumbell stuff..

#all very vain of course, but there y'go. what's the best way to bulk up my arms and shoulders and torso, in a nice, healthy, buff kind of way...?

Hello

When you say bulk, to you mean to gain muscle or tone?

I am a personal trainer and could suggest quite a few good exercises for you but I need to know what equipment you have. Do you use a gym or is it home equipment?

bit too skint at the moment for gyms - all i've got at home is:

- a set of dumbells with various weights

- a cross training machine (quite good)

- one of those stretchy rubber rope type things

- a big inflatable fitness ball

- some weird press-up frames. not sure what good they are - you grasp them instead of having your hands on the floor when doing press-ups...

and that's about it. any ideas?
