You poor kid. You have got yourself into a bit of a slump, bad habits and a negative way at looking at life. You have the sense to ask for advice so here it is. MAKE TIME for physical exercise, even doing a home workout ie running on the spot in the kitchen, press ups sit ups etc. Point is it gets your blood moving releases endorphins that give you a feeling of well being. Stop sleeping in the chair before going to bed. If you like yourself, chances are people will treat you in a more positive way. Good luck to you...
I often nod off in the chair in the early evening...and it does mess your sleeping pattern up...try reading for a while when you go to bed..if that wont work..go and read a Daily Bushism thread on CS...that`ll have you snoring in no-time
I agree with David and ELVIS. Anti-Deps will mess up your sleep pattern kissable especially the SSRI's such as Seroxat,Cipramil,Celexa, Sertraline. Has your GP suggested councelling for you? if you can afford it buy a relaxation tape/cd,put lavender bags under your pillows, have a warm bath before bed and try to wear yourself out during the day, hard I know but it helps. I hope you and your Mum make things up. x
