Nought too heavy, not as on this earth, or in this universe but simply, why are we still typing away on AB instead of in our comfy beds at this early hour of the morn. I gotta go soon ;}

My brother-in-law has been a none smoker for 20 odd years now and he still longs for a cig after a meal. ......... eek! Welll done to you tho... are you happy with yourself not to give up or could that still be on the cards ............ I'm starting to shake now at the thought of not stopping!
PhilBy - I wanted to quit and only did it cos my local paper had a freebie offer on nicotine replacement thingies! So after 25 years it took a freebie to get me to stop! Its not as bad as I thought, except the weight gain! Go for it, they say even if you do it for a day the first time its still good for you! I did it by hour, then day, then week, then month and keep setting myself easy targets. Next one is 125 days. Good Luck.
Toureman - my dog is right at my feet and hasnt been missing! You are confusing me!
PhilBy, just a quick p.s.
Me and my 16 yr old daughter have a singalong in the motor. Tonite I just about held the opening long "tears" from No More Tears by Barbara Streisand and Donna Summer and could still breath afterwards! So quitting must be doing me some good! Check out the song if you don't know it and use it as your guide to healthy lungs and air capacity!!! Tee hee. x Nite x
