Why do we feel more emotionally vulnerable after booze?
Does anyone else suffer from this? I often feel on edge and emotional - and start thinking about, or even create I think (!), problems in my head when even slightly hung over. Do others have similar experiences and can anyone offer advice on what helps ? thanks.

Youll probably find that certain drinks can make you more sensitive or aggressive. Im good on bubbles but a complete mess on red wine!
Alcohol or the residue effects of it have momentarily thrown your emotional stability out of kilter. You become more sensitive (hence many writers, artists use it as a catharsis)
If it effects you to this extent, you would be wise to moderate your intake, or abstain.
It may help if you stop drinking the booze at a certain point..it is well known that you have the 5 stages ~ the merry stage, then the dancing around on the table naked stage, then the crying because everything is so ***** stage, then comes the puking stage, then fall down & go to sleep stage.
Quit drinking at stage 1 or 2 ;o)
