Legal Question - Community Service 200 hours!

My now non friend has been given 200 hours community service, which she accidently told me when drunk, but will not tell me why, as she said it will change the way I feel about her.

I don't believe she would shoplift, she is very anti-drugs and too quiet to get in a fight, but has had money problems, what do you think would merit 200 hours community service when she has never been in trouble ever before? (I think it is loads)

I have also told her I will not be around her anymore until she has told me, as I have a child and she still refuses to say.

Also can anyone suggest a better category!

I am not sure this section, Internet and Technology, is the right section to put this question.

Maybe Body and Soul as that seems to have lots of moral type questions.

To answer your question, well she may be very embarresed about what she did so I would not press her too hard. I would not imagine it is anything to do with harming anybody so she would harm your child.

Maybe she stole some money from her work or a relative. If this was here first offence she may have only got community service.

btw, you say she is now your non-friend but she probably needs your help and support more than she ever did.

She is obviously upset by what she did so I would try and let her know you are there for her if she needs you.

Thank you for your reply, the reason we aren't speaking is because she told me various people she has spoken to while we've been out have been people she met at the Probation Office! I think I'm very moral and wanting to possibly join Police Serivce in next 2/3 years, choose to stay away from her.
