How many pounds on average do you put on when you are premenstrual ?


I carried my pill over last month for my holiday, i just cant get rid of the water retention, all month, has anyone had this......Has anyone tried drinking loads of water, i try to drink two litres a day, but don't always manage it, but has anyone noticed there subsiding when drinking lots of water ?

I can put on as much as 6 lbs.I take water retention tablets which help a bit,but then I drink loads of water a day anyway.
drink dandelion tea every day that will cure any excess water..its better than any tablet you may buy..
this is my first day of taking Adios tablets, they have natural ingredients including dandelion..ive not stopped going to the loo all day and im full of energy...im usually asleep dozing by now and ive not stopped...did my whole house..hoovered, polished, ironed, dishes etc...i feel brill and its only my first day...you take one with each meal up to 4 times a day. im due my period any day and i swear yesterday i looked like a whale. im hooked already but drink water also..good luck

Hi, Have you lost any water weight ? Thats my main interest, as i feel quite depressed about how many pounds of water weight I'm holding, feel easily upset, fat, misreable, snappy and puffy all over....


Tried 2Ls water which is what I aim for anyway, nettle, dandilion tea, water tablets, essential oils the lot and feel low
