yes you were probably born at that time and you may well be fated/doomed to awake at this time for the rest of your life, which would make you late for school/work normally.
what's up with waking at 8 - 830? seems pretty normal to me
its your body clock! you cant fight it,this is the way your going to be for the rest of your life!
It will get earlier too, supposedly for every 10 years you age, you need an hours less sleep, the average for a 30+ is 8 hours, so good luck, get some ear plugs, a mask and hope for the best dear.

We take it in turns in our house to get up with the kids, if we are both off work. My husband can sleep until 11am but I always wake up at 8am. This really annoys me. I think rugeley is right about it being your body clock!x

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circadian_rhythm explains it all - I am way too tired to understand it.

I worked in the same job for 25 years, and then was given early retirement on health grounds. I still get up early most days, and if I don't my furry little alarm clock screams until I do - a "starving" cat is a noisy animal.
