Evaporate and condense it. There is that survival thing about peeing into a hole, covering it with a sheet of clear plastic put a stone in the middle of the plastic and a cup in the hole under the plastic, the sun will evaporate the pee, it will condense on the plastic and the stone will make it run down to the point and it will drip into the cup as water.
