Don't know a specific website but I do know the correct medical term for it so you could look it up on the net. Its called 'Restless Legs Syndrome' There are lots of things you can do to help it as my mate has this. Look it up and good luck.
Sounds like Restless Leg Syndrome. My computer is being a swine at the moment and I can't give you the link to a website.
Google RLS and you will get loads of info.
Not a cure ,but I take Antistax tablets everyday and rub my legs with Antistax gel..they contain red vine leaf which is good for leg vein health and helps to open the capilleries .However if it is RSL I would see your GP in the first instance. Lots of people get it ..it's nothing to worry over but it is uncomfortable of a night.
Hiya shaneystar, for a mental few seconds I thought you said "catterpillers"......
i'm gonna Google this RLS, i honestly thought it was just a wierd thing I got and no one else did, now I know different it's a whole different ball game!
Hi Molly I get it ,I have read and tried things .
I was assessed for this and other things at the sleep centre at Papworth Hospital, where I was all wired up
What works for me
I was told to take a GOOD magnesium supplement. It works make sure it is a solgarr one or something like that.
When I am deficient of this metalit comes back, but take it during the day as magnesium can wake you up oh and too much gives you the trots
ood luck
