Why do people change their user names ?

This as probably been asked before but why do people change their user names on here?

Why change your name we all have different opinions so is it because they can't deal with conflict. I am just curious why ? thanks

Its those like sexyrussian who do my head in, sorry to single her out, but its just playing with other users that annoys me. all games. Like you sam came straight in and said it was you, no problem,I did exactly the same. You build up a rapport with other ABers, why would you not say who you were? im often wonder where someone has gone cause ive not seen them post for a while and they're here all the time!

Because they can ;) Its more fun to have a secret identity and be anonymous and play with people's minds for a while. As long as the user doesn't do it to shower abuse on other AB users, I don't see the harm in it.
