Gave up smokling at the end of January and replaced the cigarettes with food! Have consequently put on about 1 stone in weight and need to lose it before the end of June. Any bright ideas????

I think the best way to lose a stone in 2 weeks is to bury it in the garden when youve had a few sherberts!!

Stop drinking. Alcohol is a weight killer, every sip comes with its own bag of sugar!
I'd say cut off one of your legs, it's the only way you'll lose that amount in such a quick time!!

try this out www.cambridge-diet.com you will lose the weight in a month but it does meen food abstanence for the that time and you also think about why you eat the way you do while you lose the weight I did it 3 years ago and have never looked back I went from a size 18 to a size 12 in 3 months
sorry ment to say that you live on nutritioanly balanced food bars, milk shakes and soups. good luck! :-)

try the cambridge diet. it is a low carb diet where you drink special milkshakes that have 400 calories in for the whole day. you will lose weight quickly and safely as it is balanced to make sure you get enough nutrients.

I booked my holiday 3 weeks ago (go away on saturday). Was a last minute thing. I decided I needed to lose a few pounds...

Best way I found is to eat the absolute minimum, but enough for you to get all the vitamins etc.

My typical diet has been:

1) Breakfast: 2 pieces of fruit
2) Lunch: Sandwich
3) Tea/Dinner: Jacket potatoe with tuna, salad etc.

Only drink water and fruit juice.

Ive lost 9lbs in 3 weeks and thats without any exercise!!
