nose pierced

i went and had my nose pierced on monday. can anyone give me some advice about it. what do you clean the hole with, i have been using witch hazel, and it seems to be ok. also, he told me to leave the stud in for 4 weeks, but it is a bit larger than i wanted, can i take it out sooner to change for a smaller one ?

is it a problem if you get a cold ?

one of my friends used ssurgical spirit and that was ok... her piercer told her it was ok to change studs after about 10 days.. i agree tht someof the ones they put in first seem massive... and the smaller ones are cute. she was ok when she had a cold,except for one time when she did a massive sneeze and the stud flew out!!1.. but she found it and got it back in ok!!

Boiled, cooled water with some salt in is the best for cleaning with.

i took it out - wow - it was more painful than the piercing !

i put a smaller one in but my nose is very tender now !
