I would recommend either a hot oil treatment (you can buy it in small tubes), or get coconut oil (either from Superdrug or Asian shops). Rub coconut into the hair, cover with a hot towel and leave on for 30mins -1 hour before washing. Shampoo and rinse, adding 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the last rinse for brunettes and the same amount of lemon juice for blondes.

Also don't forget to take B vitamins to restore strength.

good luck :)

i straighten my hair everyday and the ends are always dry n frizzy so once a week i use the ghd indulgence treatment they come in 7 little tubes (probs a bit similar to hot oil mentioned above) and then i use the ghd rescue drops on the ends which contain protein makes my hair feel and look better.

you can order both them products off the ghd website but they are a bit pricey.

hope that helps

Morning blond_law!

Since I found L'Oreal Elvive Nutri Gloss Conditioner, I wouldn't use anything else. It's fab! My hair used to get really frizzy but it's really sleek now after using this. You don't need to use a lot either, so it lasts a while. xxx

Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance Leave-In Conditioner is a great one, that you spray on your hair when it's wet. Makes hair nice and shiny too, and if you spray it on the ends, they behave really well!

Mark Hills range. I got mine from Boots on 3 for 2.

I use the heat protection one but I know he does a moisturising one. About 5 a bottle but lasts ages! xxx

I agree with Leandrews. The aussie hair care range is brilliant. The 3 minute miracle conditioner is the best i can find,it really tames fuzz and really improves the condition of your hair.
