started a week ago and by common consent the rest of us have decided that is what he is, i have been elected to wind the tosspot up which has left me really looking forward to work tomorrow, i have quite a few battle plans drawn up does this make me a bully?

I've recently been the subject of workplace bullying and believe me, it ain't nice. It affects my work and it affected my family life.....and family life is very dear to me.

A bully is a person who intimidates a weaker person wether that be physically or mentally for their own sick enjoyment. You on the other hand seem to be the person picked to deliver justice to this arrogant man, therefore if he is arrogant he is ripe for the justice to be served. You would be a bully if this person had done nothing wrong, but by your post it seems he is a wind up merchant. I yself am a master of practical jokery. I would be honoured if you allow me to participate with some judicial tom foolery :)
