My pal was a bit, well unusual shall we say, and I used to stand in our flat adn watch her eat 3 dessert spoonfuls, washed down with a mouthful of soya milk (I kid you not). Just never understood why she didn't add boiling water and make it a real cup of coffee lol

Yes they can help with tiredness, but read the leaflet carefully first. They`re only meant to be used as a temporary relief, not continuosly. Nytol & any other over the counter sleep aid is the same.
