Evening folks. Does anyone have any good tips on cooling down. I'm sitting here with a fan on but it's not helping. I even resorted to buying that Magicool spray today. Thanks.

well, I never said I was smart Redbel... I am off to bed but without me winter woolies and with a fan on. (I do find moving air is more cooling than still air.) Gotta say I LOVE heat, I am not a winter person at all...

Jno.. I love this weather....but nightime...Oh no, tossing and turning, leg out of the bed, turning the pillow over, trying to get a cold bit....

heat? what heat? Monday it rained down heavily all day and was a little 'cool'. Tuesday was grey and miserable. This is Scotland in the tourist season!

Drink lots of water and sit on a bag of ice

get a spray bottle set on a fine mist, and spray into the direction of the fan - that it loverrrrly - you have to feep doing it but it does work
