Hot & Sweaty

Evening folks. Does anyone have any good tips on cooling down. I'm sitting here with a fan on but it's not helping. I even resorted to buying that Magicool spray today. Thanks.

you are absolutely correct, the fan does nothing to curb this heat. i suggest a hot cup of tea. it miraculously cools down the body's temperatue. you enjoy your evening ☺

Thanks lia*. I saw a programme this morning that said you shouldn't drink hot beverages in this weather. Like you I always thought it was the best way to cool down.

Actually scrap that ^^^, it obviously doesn't work, if you're still sat there roasting.....hmmmmmm, and the camel in the hat on the advert really convinced me too :-(

Boo because of a band called the Happy Mondays and some fella in that band called Bez I think people on here thought I was a male!!!. There was nothing nasty said or anything like that, but I mailed ED and she just changed it straightaway. The best thing was, I didn't even have to go green :).
Boo my daughter is fine and dandy, my grandaughter is 5 this month...gawd I feel old.... :(
