I posted a question once asking why my legs fatigue so quikcly. I have some blood test booked in with the doctor as recommended by some of you lovely ABERS. I really really want to get rid of some of this extra fat I have - I am doing about 3/4 spinning classes a week and want to do some weights to help tone but my muscles just get so fatigued so quickly, I can't push myself has as much as I would like.

Would creatine help and what are the side effects of using creatine - I am femal by the way, not sure if it makes a difference.

Hi amazingtoxic

You,ve got nothing to worry about, regular cardio vascular workout(treadmill, bike, cross trainer) will soon have the the pounds falling off, i really wouldnt recomend using creatine, this can cause problems with your liver and kidneys, its just not worth the risk.

As for the fatigue you mention, your stamina will improve with time, just keep up the workouts.

Hope this helps
