I'm thinkning about about buying a trampette for excercise as I reckon it would be much more fun than running and seem less like a chore.

Does anyone know what parts of the body all this bouncing will be good for, ie. toning waist, losing wait, toning legs, etc. I already assume that the legs will be toned.

Also, can anyone give me a rough idea on the time its taken for them to notice the difference... including the scale that they've excercised, ie. 3 months of bouncing for 30 mins every night.

Many thanks! X

It helps but when I moved in my flat was too big to take with me. Skipping rope is just as much fun and does the same trick.
All I can add is that women of a certain age who have had kids should give it a miss. My friends and I have all had a go on one and after a couple of bounces had to rush off for a wee!
