hey, not trying to be grose (an it really isn't too bad) :) I went jogging about two days ago, and the temp was like 102 degrees *whew* So obviously it was a really sticky day for it. But I came home and was about to jump into the shower, and I noticed these teeny tiny little blister like things around my breasts. They look exactly like really tiny droplets of water. I wondered if it was just a reaction to the heat (but that has NEVER happened before from running in the heat) , but it has been two days, and they look exactly the same. Has anyone ever had this or know whats its called, or what to do about it.

Sorry that was so long :) thanks guys! I know I can count on your genius!

you went jogging in 102 degrees? are you sane?
Friction! Your breasts probably rubbed against your sweaty and as a result, salty clothing and you've just got blisters! Grease up with a bit of vaseline next time you silly billy!
use talcum powder my dear, it works a treat in the hot weather. i know this because i've been working on building sites most of my life. a neat little trick!!! take care of yourself in the heat.
I once had something similar which was midge bites, though that was below my neck, in the 'scoop' between my t-shirt and my neck.
do they itch?...could be 'fluid blisters'... where you are sweating excessively but the pores of the skin cannot open quickly enough to release the fluid, creating a mini blister type-thang...

Sane? well, perhaps not, but I feel a lot more clear headed and better about life after a good run

They don't itch at all, but it does sound a bit like zascar describes. I am concerned about going running today...whether they will get worse or what?

Thanks for all your suggestions :)
