Could I be Pregnant?

Ive been on the pill since i was 15 and im now 23. Ive always been regular but some medication interupted my cycle and caused me to come on my period half way through my pack of pills. So i stopped taking the pill completelty to give my body a rest. Two days after stop taking the pill i had un-protected sex. Could i be pregnant and how long can i wait before having a pregnany test as i know if i do one straight away it wont show?

how long ago did u have the unprotected sex?? if i was more than 2 weeks ago a test should show a true result xXx

early detection preganancy tests can tell you up to 6 days before your missed period. I would say that yeah, you could be pregnant (no reason to say you wouldn't be)

Does that mean you had sex during your period??? Hmmmm is that a normal practice?....not a normal practice for me? (sorry a bit side tracked...just curious) I would say that if that was true then you would be less likely to be pregnant. Usually (certainly not to be used all the time) women ovulate two weeks after their period, if you are tracking when you conceive it is generally that time.

were you on the combined pill or mini-pill.

Thank you for all your answers. I was on the combined pill Cillest. I did not have sex when i was on my period as someone mentioned. It was a day after my period finished and then again a week later. I have spoken to my doctor an he said just to wait for my next period, thats waiting a whole month but its the omyl positive way to find out. Im getting married next year so its not perfect timing but i would be over joyed if its positive. I just dont know how fertile you are just after your period?

Well some of my questions have been answered. Although i was a few days late i came on my period this weekend. So thats a weight off my mind. Im still waiting for a scan on my belly to find out why its hurting so much, thank you for your input
