what is the best way to get rid of the moutain of paperwork that grows an grows when yr not in the office

On a serious note - my trick is quickly sort through, 'proper' letters and memos get priority, then there's an 'interesting but read later pile' and a 'never in a million years am I going to read that so bin it 'pile. Deal with the memos and letters and dispose of the rest in any of the above methods! Good luck.
