moisturise, or aftersun lotion - use either very regularly as your skin is parched and will absorb it quickly. Drink lots of water too...

Once your skin is peeling there is no way to stop it because the skin is damaged. However I find that putting baby oil on my skin in the morning kind of "binds" it for the day and takes away the appearance of peeling skin
