FYI eggs are full of cholesterol but i read in the atkins site that (forget the scientific names so will refer to "good cholesterol" and "bad cholesterol") eggs are in fact a major source of good cholesterol and very little bad cholesterol so there you go. Gef - a little bit more to dieting than "output is more than input" otherwise we'd all be slim jims if it were that easy (you need to read up on energy transfer and food as an energy source).
