I spent most of my weekend with a whingey toddler whos teething and do a huge spring clean as my mother-in-law is coming to stay tomorrow.

I am very chirpy indeed. I love my job. I got up early as I stayed at a mates. I am eating a bacon bagel and.. its Monday morning. The weekend could have been better but... I am alive so why complain. :)

my daughter had a friend sleep last night so i am confined to the kitchen at the moment untill they wake up!

i had a trerible weekend the joiners throw a wobbler and walked out and we,ve only got half a kitchen but i suppose is better than none my first job of the day is find another one whos not so temprmental, and can put up with a few little hitchs, and who has not been on the bevy all weekend wish me luck. a bacon bagel sounds a wonerful idea rubyrose but nothing to cook with!!!!!

Hi Ruby - I'm very well and glad you are so perky. Weekend was a bit of a non-event my end cos I've been skint but no major catastrophies either so it was all good.

thanks Ruby, no hard times yet, I,ve only had one conversation so far, a fellow ex army officer, ( I spent 25 years in the Parachute Regiment), who gave me invaluable advice (Morning Ward~Minter if your up), he gets a raw deal sometime but I found him interesting.

Quite a nice w/e thanks, Saturday scurrying here and there, yesterday blitzed the bathrooms (how boring), but generally logged on to here (forgotten how to log off!).

Mum's over later, for lunch I'm gonna do satay chicken, noodles, vietnamese spring rolls (mini) and crispy won tons, oh and krupuk udang (thai/indo prawn crackers) the best there is!

(Thought I would make your taste buds squirm, as you did to me with your bacon bagel lol ;o)

i was at my mates wedding reception saturday,had a fab time my 2yr old was dancing all night.my mate looked great had a tear in my eye.sunday my hubby took our little girl out for few hours,that was my time,just chilled for abit. at the min im watching peppa pig she loves that.enjoy your day xx
