Hi loopy,
Would it be worth going to a solicitor and getting some sort of letter drafted up stating that what she is doing is harrasment and causing unneccesary stress and that if it doesn't stop then the necessary steps will be put into place? Or you may be well within your rights to start some sort of procedure but I don't know what proof you have. Maybe just go to a solicitor and see what they advise.

Sorry this nasty woman hasn't stopped, I hope she gets her cumupence.

thank you all, yes its still the same woman she has vandalised my car, my husbands work van and my front garden but then she flips and has invited my daughter to her daughters party, then to top things off she has sent me a funeral wreath, now tomorrow its my nephews funeral so im not sure if she is being malicious or if shes trying to be nice. to be honest this woman is messing with my head and i just want it to stop .

Have you got a video camera? is it worth seeing if you can put surveylance on your cars and garden.
I cant believe the police wont do anything.

Write to the police and get their inactivity documented, with an official 'start date' to a series of complaints, so that it can all be traced back. Ask their advice and then follow what they say, and say you're frightened. If they ignore that they're derelict in their duties.

I'm sorry to hear this woman is still causing you trouble Loopy. I'd say ignore her but frankly it sounds like it has gone beyond this is she has committed acts of vandalisn. And can quite see how you wouldn't be sure if she is messing with your head or trying to be nice.

I think all I can say is to keep a diary of every altercation with her, good or bad. It might be useful in the future.

I'm suprised the police can't/won't do anything and I'm not sure where you stand from a legal point of view but I would suggest that if anyone sees Ward~Minter around to ask him to look at your thread as he appears to know the law very well and generally gives very useful advice from a legal point of view.

Other than that, all I can say is I wish you all the luck in the world and that I hope she is just being nice and that this whole mess gets sorted. Sorry I can't be more useful xx

My God Loopy she is def unbalanced. I too hope it was in sympathy but can see how you can't be sure of her motives.

thank you wingnut i won't be at the funeral as its just mum and dad going i didnt really know him, how could i he was only two days old but it still hurts like hell to think of the things i could of done with him, they were offered a funeral with every one else who had lost their babies also, or a small private one which they opted for which i think is for the best but thank you for your thoughts xx
