I am worried ,that you will worry more if no-one answers you!
Take a break from worrying you might get to like it.
Some things really niggle me, but not often or for long!
I'm the same, worry about anything and everything but we should both try and remember that we mostly worry about things that haven't actually happened so what's the point, waste of time and energy!!
therete always seems to be something to worry about whether it be other people, work, life etc even when i try not to worry my body gives it away that i am!

I think that some people are just born that way. I know that I am one of them and so is my Mum. It is okay as long as it is not deeply serious. I usually manage to laugh about things and see the funny side in the end.
I wake up in the morning worrying what I am going to worry about and I haven't really got anything to worry about just worry about hopeing things will be alright for my kids when I am gone and why should I worry as I won't be there to worry so I try not to worry.
Hi Sparkle - this sound bizzare but I worry about lots of things and the way I stop is - write the worry on a piece of paper - take it in the garden and set fire to it - I imagine the worry is disappearing with the smoke. It really works honestly!!
I keep one of those blocks of 200 sheets of paper in the conservatory and I have a flower pot specifically for burning my worries.
