Are there any veggies who have done the Atkins Diet?

If you did, what did you eat, or is it just totally unsuitable for a veggie seen as though most of it seems to be based around meat.

Can't see how this could work for a veggie. What would they eat? Quorn? that's about it!

Well, you can also eat eggs and cheese in great quantities, so provided that you are a veggie, and not a vegan, you might just be able to do it, but I think it would be very hard.

it does say in the book that this diet wud be too boring for a veggie - so looks like you have already discovered this problem.......
