I've posted this in Phrases And Sayings as well but since I need a quick answer I'm going to post in here too, since it's more active.

If you are Computer Literate, Do you have the skill of computer literacy? It would make sense but i'm sure it's wrong!

Cheers,

To be computer literate, just means you can use the basic functions of a computer, for example word processing, emailing, using the internet, printing etc. That's my understanding anyway.

I know what it means, that's not the question.
Well excuse me! Just trying to help. Perhaps you clarify just in case anyone else was fooilish enough to misinterpret your question
Well, literacy and numeracy are both classed as skills, but computer literacy doesn't sound right to me. I'd say I had computing skills/keyboard skills/ICT skills or whichever term best fitted the purpose you required it.

Also think you were rather rude to someone who tried to help you. Maybe your interpersonal skills could do with a bit of attention?!
