sorry to hear you hate the place you work but would it be worth holding on especially if they are funding your training course then you could look for an other position, p s good morning
Dont really know what to say because the obvious answer is just find something you do enjoy, and that isnt really helpful is it. But hey at least I answered :-)
Or maybe just try the training course you never know you may start enjoying it and if you dont at least you'll have another item on your CV for a new job you do enjoy.
Hi sammy,

What a dilemma for you!! Difficult call, on the one hand you have just gotta knuckle down to the course, (which you want to pursue career wise), and on the other keep your pecker up in a job you despise.

Easy for us sitting here on our puters, to advise (which I guess you don't need - cos you know that it makes sense to further your career options), but difficult to stomach going in day after day to a workplace you hate.

How long is the course for, how many days a week?

You always come on here in such a bubbly way, with your Q's, it certainly doesn't show that you are down...
I'm sure you are a fighter sam, and will wonder why you felt so low in a couple of months time - hey what am I saying? - in a couple of weeks!!

take care

Take what you can from the place - any courses, qualifications and experience you can lay your little stylinsam hands on - and then tell them to kiss it :) Use it to find something better.
Sam, just keep at the course and remember that each bit you learn moves you one foot nearer to the exit of your current employer
