Erm... well I've never cheated on anyone in the technical sense of the word (sleeping with them) but I have deliberately spent time with someone that I was attracted to and who I knew was attracted to me. I kept our meeting up a secret from my then boyfriend and lied about my whereabouts when I was with the other guy.

We did end up having to stop seeing each other which was heart breaking at the time and that's the only time we did anything physical which was just a kiss (or two) goodbye. So I guess it's kind of cheating but with emotions rather than the normal sense of the word.

I didn't cheat exactly... but had crushes and flirted and met some people but didn't actually cheat.... no physical contact involved but I think what I did was bad enough.
Never say never.... oneday I might cheat! Who knows whats round the corner!

Actually... thinking about it, cheating with emotions might actually be worse. At least with sex it doesn't mean anything.... ho hum, all in the past now anyway.

No I've never had an affair - not in any of my relationships. I know that makes me sound a bit self righteous but really I'm not. I just have a very strong moral code and as Posy said when ever the temptation was there it made me look at the relationship I was in and if it didn't pass muster I ended the relationship. It's only fair to myself and everyone else involved, and makes for a far less complicated life.

Basically I think life's too short to waste time with someone you don't 100% care about and if you do 100% care about them you don't look elsewhere - I've been with Mr Hellion 20 years now and I can truly, honestly say I've never been tempted elsewhere, he's not perfect but he's the one a can get through the rest of my life with!

I have. I have been the other woman on a few occasions through out my life but the first bit of actual cheating I did was this year. It was fun, it was what I needed and it helped me get out of an awful relationship. Im not a bad person, and I am not a s1ut, I just had my rebound romance during a relationship instead of after. The good thing about it was by having the affair when I broke up with my partner recently I had already been through the emotions and dont feel anything but relief that its over.
