Bullying

How do people handle this? It isn't just children that can be bullied, I have felt bullied today on the thread in the suggestions category, having been bullied when i was 10 I experienced the fear and trauma first hand. How have you managed to grow inside to shrug off the attempts to belittle you and make you look stupid? I had a 17 year marriage in which i was constantly bullied but for 11 years i have struggled to find myself and I am proud that I have enough self esteem to say i will never back down to bullies again, whether they be real or pixelated.

I don't report anything. I came close to it for a particularly insensitive question after 9/11, but otherwise, no.

I did not report it to the ed for bullying, i reported it to the ed because you were being obnoxious. Maybe the ed didn't remove it, maybe one or two people in there were embarrassed and ashamed of their comments and didn't want other abers to see how nasty they really are. But I did not use the report options.

The only person being obnoxious was the very person that came on the thread and decided to lay into me, for comments I had made. Again, you think so much about yourself, you immediately accused me of bullying you!

Look back at the first page of this post, dot. How many stated that they could not see why you assumed I was targeting you. Once more, because you feel so high and mighty and important you now think that I am going to stalk you in London or wherever, or stalk someone else, or wait until you get back to harrass you again. Think on dot, you are just another cog in the wheel, (like the rest of us) you are not THE matriarch of ABER, who everything revolves around.

I am DotH when the harpies target my posts and get my usual ID temprarily suspended. Both are versions of my name and not a made up artificial id i hide behind.

How many, and please be honest here, use their REAL name? You are very quick to tell new people "greenies" Site Rules etc etc, but you decided to give what you say is your real name, WHY?

Nobody else (as far as I know) is "hiding" behind a false ID. You do make some odd assumptions, dot.

my last comment, or i will start to feel like im "bullying" you too. If you give it out, you have to be prepared to take it. And before people start "are you talking to me, i assume thats about me, "it is a general comment to everyone. Generally you get what you give

Dot, why carry it on? You must know yourself that people here think you can be harsh, I remember when I joined you where a tad nasty to me (march, but they were zapped).

But so what, we can all "harsh", It doesn't mean we can alway's be right.
