I have my first wisdom tooth coming through, and for a year or so it's been trying to pop through, and i tend to have it come and go every few months. Recently it's been hurting a lot, kind of a throbbing pain. Pain killers worked for 1 day but now not. What i want to know is - is it normal to have the pain, or does that mean there is something wrong? I know someone will say 'go to the dentist' - and i will, but can't until after pay day. Need to know what's normal!
