aching hands
8 Answers
In July i left the NHS to become selfemployed as a gardener. i love it, the only problem i have is that still after 3 months of doing it my hands still really ache all the time... My ring finger on my right hand has started to lock in a clenched position and in the morning it takes me ages for them to move easily, i'm only 33....!!!! Please help, all alternative styles are most welcome. Many thanks in advance.

I use it for hip pain & since using it, I`ve not had any pain in my hands either. I think that`s because I rub any remaining cream into my hands. I used to have terrible joint pains& had to stop knitting. I even had a job holding a pen sometimes.
