What is Fate?

What is fate exactly? Are there any definitions?
What makes peple believe in fate? Are there any religions which believe in fate?
If there is such thing as fate then how on earth does it work..and what is it's purpose?

oh redcrx - looking at the way questions are being asked I really don't think this is a wind up. I look at it as someone in their teenage years who can't maybe ask family and feels they can get some answers/guidance/advice by being anonymous and having people from all over the world help, advice and answer and indirectly guide.

That isn't fair. yes I am a teenager but what you have said is down right discrimination. The questions I aasked I genuinely need help on.What sort of pleaseure would I get from posting them as a joke? sad joke if it was one don't you think . haha! not! please take me seriously. I genuinely am trying to find out...and so what if I posted a lot of questions at once..what does that say about me. I'm only trying to ask questions about things which are important to me

Willow, I really do think you need to calm down... and they're not age discrimating on you, I'm younger than you, and i know they can be a lovely bunch of people (sometimes) Plus I'm sure they know alot of lovely teens... except for bobtheturkey... its him veruses the world. And look at it from their point of view it is a bit random to see like 50 posts from the same person. Just calm down a bit yeah?

Willow - I have to agree about calming down........the vast majority here will answer as they see fit. Being older they may have humour that does not sit well with others......they may gently chide the poster or a poster who has answered in ways that they disagree with...a few in the clique will go all out for attack, but 98% of people here will give you some sort of reply. Expect often a lot of different replies. Expect often to see banter between members, and yes - posts can go off tangent. That's all the fun of posting on AB because you will get a reply somewhere along the line and also free entertainment in the process.
