good luck - im sure you'll be fine.

Whilst ur running, just think of what a difference your raised money can do and all the people you're helping - i find it gives you an extra BOOST - which you'll probably need. Just put ur mind somewhere else and dont focus on how long you have left or the speed that you're running at.

dont u think .... sometimes getting ready is the best part of going out.

Me and my mates - -we'd all go round to one of our houses.... have loadsa drinks and all get ready together and just have a right laugh....was quality.

I'm looking forward to next weekend - going Skool Disco at Hammersmith Palais! wooo hooo!!

Today is lovely, I've had an aromaherpy massage, a new hairstyle and I 'm packing now for a lovely week in the sun, leaving tomorrow morning. Spain here we come!!!! Ole!!!
