hey everybody, im a 6'2 bloke who'se looking to stick a couple of stone on in weight. i weigh around 13 now, but want to bulk up a little bit. what's the best kind of food to help me get some mass on, bearing in mind that my job doesnt give me the time to hit the gym, although it does involve a lot of activity and heavy lifting. any help you could give me i would be deeply grateful form.
