This is a really serious condition that my boyfriend has been diagnosed with & we are trying to find out more information. They're that big he's wearing my mother's 40G's

Yes thats great help but there's no information where I can buy bra's specifically for men ie. Bra's with England logos on or even the Simpsons

gynaecomastia is the medical term. Yes it is serious in terms of how it makes people feel.There are some causes which need looking into. If you have it see your GP they should be able to investigate or refer if needed - tretmentis available on the NHS - in Men it's an illness not cosmetic
