Anyone tried this for depression? Was it any good?

I tried it - but had to discontinue it because of the dreadful side effects. I have bowel problems and the st johns' wort made it much worse.

Have a careful read here - you cannot take it if you certain conditions or are taking some medicines. It can also reduce the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill.

it takes a while to kick in- but if it suits you it is a really good remedy for mild depression-and can be taken long term,too. it just got me through one of the most horrendous years of my life - hope it works for you , too
