How can men and women enhance their fertility? We've had tests and there's nothing wrong but I'm still not pregnant.

Well dont stop, practice makes perfect! But to help you on your way, both of you should have healthy diets, plenty of exercise, fresh fruit and vegetables. Certainly do not smoke and no alcohol, this should help your chances x
