Does anyone know of any alternative therapies that have worked to cure alopecia ariata? The doctors say that it should grow back in 18 months to 2 years. They said stress caused the body'd antibodies to attack the hair follicles but that, apart from a topical cream to apply, there is no effective cure. Any useful experience to share would be gratefully received.
