On a good day I see a man whose happy, sucessful, well adjusted, got a long life ahead of him hopefully, in reasonable nick for his age.
On a bad day I see a man whose life is more than half over probably, whose done things he's not proud of,who hasn't achieved what he really wanted to, is angry, stressed and overtaxed work wise and who hates the fact that he has to do things to keep it all together.
Not many bad days on the whole and not many truly wonderful ones either, but they tend to be middling/good by and large.

On a good day: a well groomed woman who is truly happy, very much in love and quite proud of the person she has become, despite the many difficult times in the past; who looks ten years younger than her age and who's goal is to make the best of every day for herself as well as for others.
On a not so good day: the very same woman, in a lot of pain but determined not to let it get to her; facing the day with braces on her legs and crutches at the ready, but knowing that she will make the day a worthwhile good one no matter how difficult it may turn out to be.
I don't do "bad days" really, as I have a lot of love and support in my life. The worst days I have are probably those with the usual pain but a migraine on top. Then it is away from the mirror, to bed in darkened room and ice pack on head for the day.
