My Gran has a mild ACL injury, it gives way when she walks sometimes but she is still very active, powerwalking up hills and stuff, it just gives her a wee problem every now and then. Does anyone know of any good exercises to strengthen it? I can only find really pathetic ones on the net, that I think will do nothing at all as they are geared to quite serious ACL injuries. Thanks

Oh THAT....erm, no sorry I can't help so I'll make way for someone who can. (I'm impressed that you've got a grannie who can powerwalk uphill!)
Stretching exercises before walking usually helps.
