In search of a site

Could anyone lead me to a website where I can get answers to the thousands of questions I have in dealing with my condition? I am parapalegic, T-10 complete for two years. You would be amazed as to how difficult it is to get answers from the local medical practitioners. It seems that most of them haven't actually dealt with many of us.

For Ummm, It means the injury affects everything from the tenth thorasic vertabre down ( just above the navel) and complete means no feeling or control at all.
