LOL thanks love, but your knives are called Sabatir knives ... not sabateur knives!!! LOL XXXX :o)
Well, I have had most of my rather large collection of pans, saucepans and knives for well over 40 years. My parents once ran one of the top private clubs / restaurants in Europe and I still have some of the professional cookware from that time, some stainless steel and other pieces stainless steel with copper bottoms, all well looked after and a delight to cook with!!! I was also very lucky to be able to learn from our four chefs and our baker at the time, a wonderful experience for a child. I do also have a few fun things like a pizza pan, Raclette grill, fondue sets etc. Needless to say, we all enjoy our food in this house and my grown up children are great cooks too! I quite often cook and bake with my grandchildren and they too enjoy it and are becoming really good cooks. So you see bob, pans are most important!!! xx :o)
