What did you all have to eat today?

First weigh in today, only lost one sodding pound despite being really good and distincly not impressed!!! :(

Gonna be brown rice and cabbage soup for me!!!

Hi Jenna, you are doing ok, don't lose it to quickly.

Breakfast, Toast X 2 Tea

Mid morning Coffee, Kit Kat

Lunch, Ham & mustard sarnies, tea, banana, satsuma

Dinner, spaghetti bolognese, french bread, beer, grapes & satsuma
Mug of Coop tea.

Cup of Coop chocolate.

In from work, 2 cans of Budweiser.

Supper lined up: Coop turkey slices, Coop mashed potato, 20 brussels sprouts.
Brekkie...nowt

Dinner...at Tescos......Cheese & Ham toasties, Saus, Beens and chips...and a coke

Tea...some choccie biccies...and now drinking Guiness
Zorro get off of here and get some proper food down your neck

Today I had

Brekkie: Bran flakes, skimmed milk and banana

Lunch: Turkey salad Sandwich, Apple and pear

Dinner: Steak, Baked potato and brocolli

Diet cokes x 4...really have to cut down!!!

Tea x 3

water x 2 ltrs

oh and chewing gum
to lose weight and really notice and difference quick you should give up the bread i lost 1 and a half stone bread is EVIL
Breakfast- Cheerios

Lunch- Salad sandwiches and an orange

Dinner- Pasta

Ate today:

Brekkies - a banana, greek yoghurt and honey. Hot water with lemon and some aloe vera juice.

Mid morning - Coffee and piece of carrot cake

Lunch - Tuna sarni 2 tangerines packet salt and vinegar crips.

Dinner - Roast veg of sweet potatoes, onion, peppers, courgettes with a cajun tuna steak, 2 glass red wine.

Loads of water through the day.

I fancy a Go Ahead caramel crunch but am trying not to think about it.
No good just had to have it!!

Late snack - GO Ahead caramel crunch ooops
Breakfast- cereal, a mug of tea
Lunch- caesar salad, 1 cup of hot choc. and an apple
Dinner- Grilled prawns with rice and salad

2 bottles of water

Breakfast
Porridge with honey. 2 bananas. 1 pint of milk

Lunch
Italian tomato soup with 3 wholemeal rolls. 1 apple. 1 pint of milk.

Dinner
Tuna and sweetcorn pasta. Salad. 1 banana. 1 apple. 1 pint of Noxy cider

Supper
tin of fruit cocktail in natural juices. 1 pepporami. Small tube of S+V Pringles. 1 pint of Noxy cider

3 pints of water and a double single malt on the go as we speak.
I didn't have the Coop mashed potato after all, it is dated until 3rd Dec, which is Sunday, so instead I boiled some potatoes on the grounds that given the mashed potato could wait until Sunday (Saturday in between being given over to a fierce curry) I could afford a bit of a treat in between. The sprouts have just a "display until" date which is a purely retail thing and has no bearing on food safety.
