I'm beginning to get a bit worried about myself. I've had the same alarm clock for at least 3 years now and only recently have I had problems. Occasionally I'd bolt upright for no reason thinking my alarm had gone off but ignored it because people must do at least once in their life. However once turned into once every two months which turned into once a month which turned into once a week and now it's happening every other night accept this time I'm waking up properly. Take last night for example, I woke up, went to the bathroom, turned on the radio to find Collin Murray speaking and I thought 'Oh that's weird Chris must be off today' then began putting on my make up. After about 10 minutes I put my watch on and realised it was 11:30! When this started becoming a regular occurance I noticed I was feeling more tired in the morning and my skin looks grey. Can anyone help me I'm not sure what to do?

I'm on antibiotics but I've never experienced any side effects before, I'm no where near the menopause but thanks anyway and I wouldn't say I'm too stressed out at the moment.
