Have you ever spoken to whiffey Ratter, because it claims to be both sexes on here? If you have, fair enough, otherwise I wouldn't trust anything he/she/it said regarding it's gender although clearly it has to be something.
Anyway Whiffey, you and I rarely agree ( although occasionally) but what honestly makes you unable to differentiate between physical pleasure for it's own sake and a very deepseated love when it arrives? I have had sex with a huge number of women recreationally, but that didn't stop me being blown away with love for my wife, there is no woman close to her and I do not want anyone else. THAT is a compliment to her, not an insult. THAT is what makes her special, because I have a standard for comparison. If you've only ever had sex with your partner then you have no idea whether they are special or not. You have it all the wrong way round in your efforts to be special and moral. Think about it, would you want someone with you because they don't know any different? That is what you are proposing.

I think the sex act is the most precious and intimate statement two people can make to each other, I won't negotiate away from that position.

Whiffey I have no problem with anyone having an opinion. You are very welcome to yours. You are not however welcome to denigrate opinions opposed to yours purely because they do not correspond to what you think. That's known as being judgemental and rude, a description that I think fits you very well when dealing with people who don't agree with you, going by your response to joko who was not unpleasant at all to you initially.
There is no right or wrong answer to this question. The whole thing is subjective, THAT'S what you seem unable to see.

I agree generally with whiffey. But to say it is a subjective thing, means we all make up our rules, (if it feels good, it's O.K.) and removes any taboos from our lives. I believe that is a bad thing, and has wider implications for society and the way it is structured, than the immediate apparent freedom chosen by the individual.
Would any parent honestly not be bothered if their youngster just started sleeping around, just because ...... ?

Nox, I really hate to disagree with you but I think whiffey put his (im still seeing him as a he) point across very well without putting anyone elses down. Same way as I said I believe in god and no matter what anyone says I will always believe in god. I dont think he said anything that wasnt his own personal opinion.
