Lore, maybe the reason for the delay in getting the Docs to the till is cos the staff are on commission ( Like my staff0 and they need to put the sale thru on their till number to get their commission, it is often the case in the footwear industry, the basic pay is NMW for part-time staff and they rely on their commission. ;))))
pork belly, score the fat/skin bit, a stanley knife helps,rub well with salt and a little oil, put in oven at gas mark 7 ish, for 1 hour, turn down to gas mark 3/4 for 2 hours ish, wrap in foil for 1/2 hour enjoy............
